A Windows 10 update ran on my PC last night and when I started it this morning I have a black screen with no cursor. I have tried every solution posted on this site and several other sites. I can get in BIOS, but none of the changes attempted have had any impact. I just have a totally dead PC. I need a solution or Windows needs to replace my PC. Please advise. Do this for time until Windows Recovery Environment shows up.
After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. S elect 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking. Click Get started. Select for the reason why you would like to roll back an update and click Next.
